Job Description

Systems Support Technician works closely with Emerald’s senior technical staff and particularly with our Systems Support Specialist in installing, maintaining and upgrading Emerald’s corporate IT networks. Systems Support Technician is in charge of maintaining training computers and s/he assists staff with technical problems. S/he also takes on small projects independently, such as setting up new user environments. Additionally Systems Support Technician helps with documentation and maintaining an organized technical environment.

As a key contact and expert you will lead in the analysis, development, design, and rollout of Project Management / Controls processes by implementing Oracle Primavera Project Management software. The successful candidate works closely with clients to improve project deliverables and performance through software usage. The successful incumbent has experience in training and development, plus you have supported business development initiatives.

Position Purpose

The Accounting Coordinator handles all aspects of general accounting across the companies and projects. This includes full cycle AP/AR, inter-office/inter-company accounting and payroll functions in a project-oriented client focused computer software consulting environment.  The Accounting Coordinator’s professional, pro-active attitude will result in timely processing of internal and external transactions as well as seeing potential areas for improvement and taking on special projects to ensure that problems and issues are solved before they occur.

As part of the Operations Team, the Accounting Coordinator is instrumental in the day-to-day smooth running of Emerald.
