PertMaster is an add-on Monte Carlo risk analysis tool. It works with a variety of CPM scheduling tools to assist in recognizing the realistic schedule and cost of a project. PertMaster allows the user to work with a range of durations, manpower and escalation factors that a pure CPM scheduling tool cannot do.
