Emerald Associates can fill that gap by providing clients with EP-dashboard®, a simple and clear way of monitoring their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The user chooses which KPIs to display on the dashboards by selecting the number of charts, as well as the appropriate chart types to utilize on the dashboards to best convey the information. Emerald has developed a number of processes to collect KPI data for the dashboards, including:

• calculating Earned Value metrics at the resource assignment level;
• viewing period closeouts on overtime vs. regular time hours and costs;
• accessing work-down curves and hourly reporting of resource usage for Turnaround projects;
• finding weekly maintenance schedule attainment and break-in percentage for maintenance projects; and
• providing Change Order and Requests for Information (RFI) statistics for CAPEX projects
