As many of you are aware there were a few changes in how your Company places an order for Oracle Primavera Software.
One of the key changes is that every Company is required to sign an OLSA form (see definition below) and then submit it back to Oracle Primavera before placing your order. If your company has an exsisting Service Agreement with Oracle directly then this is not required; the order process is handled in a slightly different manner. License files are now sent electronically with no CD, but if you require the physical CD, this option is still available to you.
OLSA Definition- (Oracle License and Services Agreement).
Emerald Associates has a very knowledgable team that would be able to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have.
