The General Tab provides a place to record basic Requisition information, such as contract, to-from parties, period and number.
The Review Status Tab is where Payment Requisition approvals are recorded using the approval workflow. The workflow allows for an unlimited number of approvers, and can specify the order in which approvals are needed. The Contract Summary provides summary information and links into other modules associated with the contract.
The Requisition Summary Tab contains information about the Contract and Changes, as well as Holdback and previous Requisitions.
The Schedule of Values Tab holds progress information on the Contract or Purchase Order line items as well as approved changes.
Each period is updated with current progress values, either in the form of a percent complete or a dollar value.

Custom Fields allow you to track any type of information that you may need. For example, Emerald has developed a multi-currency functionality using Custom Fields, allowing for the money modules to be in a different currency than the rest of the project.
An unlimited number of Issues can be linked to each document. An issue is like a virtual file folder holding links to each document related to a particular subject, work package or issue.
In the Attachments Tab, URLs or documents can be attached. For example, a copy of the signed Payment Requisition could be attached.
The Version Tab holds all the recorded versions of the document. Versions can be recorded manually or they can automatically be recorded every time a document is saved.
