This two-day advanced Primavera P6 training course provides in-depth project management training in Oracle Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the basic course (102), the 102A course covers advanced subjects such as resource allocation, earned value analysis, updating baselines, and scheduling. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.
