Oracle announced their agreement to acquire a leading provider of construction contracts and payment management cloud services named Textura. The deal was announced on April 28, 2016 and is expected to close sometime this year.
Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM) 16.1, formerly known as Prosight, is now available. Major changes have been made in this release.
The most obvious change in this version is the interface. The look and feel is very different in 16.1. Below are some screenshots to give you a better idea of how it looks now with Oracle's BlueSky theme.
