Excited by the opportunities in the Philippines, CEO Nicole Jardin has traveled to Manila and surrounding areas to bring Emerald's project controls and portfolio management experience to some of the best-managed companies in the country. Her first order of business is working with one of the country's leaders in the Electric Power industry.
Nicole is a Professional Engineer with 28 years of project management and Primavera experience. After working in claims and disputes for the first 5 years of her career, she founded Emerald Associates to help companies avoid disputes and deliver better projects. She stresses coaching with a hands-on approach on all of our projects. “We focus on the use of state-of-the-art project management software, but we make it easy for your team, no matter what level they are at in their project controls or portfolio maturity.” Please refer to her full bio for more information.
Nicole is bringing that hands-on approach to the Philippines. By travelling to the client's site and conducting a formal review of their current Primavera systems, she will identify areas of improvement for this project, and upcoming projects, to ensure the best return on their investment. “Large capital projects require tools that grow and adapt with you. Automation, collaboration and integration are no longer just nice to have, they are necessities. We have been focused on automation from day one, and 23 years later, I still love it.” Staying ahead of issues and mitigating risks is crucial and requires the support of strong software tools.
Needs Assessments are a great place to start with your project and portfolio process improvements. Through Emerald's Needs Assessment Program, we equip you with tangible short term and long term steps so that your Enterprise Project Management solutions bring immediate corporate benefits while minimizing project delivery risk.
Nicole has announced multiple Primavera sessions in Manila taking place on August 22, 2017.
