Terms and Conditions

1. Emerald Associates reserves the right to cancel any course. A full refund of the training fees paid will be the only liability of Emerald Associates.
2. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each student cancellation made prior to ten business days before the start of the course. However, the administrative fee will be waived for a transfer to another course if it is requested at the time of cancellation for a course starting at least 10 business days later.
3. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations made within 10 business days prior to course start date.
4. Refunds are not issued once classes have begun or for non-attendance.
5. If a registrant is not able to attend, they may substitute another person in their place.
6. In the case of non-delivery of a course due to Acts of God or Force Majeure, then Emerald Associates will not be held liable for anything except fees paid for the course.
7. All materials used in the training course are the exclusive property of Oracle Corporation or Emerald Associates Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. Recording of any kind during the course is prohibited and subject to expulsion without refund.
