Creating a Program in Oracle Primavera Cloud - 2025-11-12
Description
Programs in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) provide an umbrella structure for managing projects associated with the same workspace and child workspaces. This includes projects that are related through a common business objective, outcome, and delivery. Projects can belong to multiple programs. For each project that is included in multiple programs, you can select its primary program, which will be used on the budget planning program view. You can also filter and group by primary program on the Programs page.
There are many benefits to using programs rather than individually managing each project. Programs enable you to monitor and manage project costs, performance, and milestones during a program’s lifecycle while providing execution-level tracking and/or grouping of projects. You can also create program measures to quantitatively track project-level attributes for the projects that belong to each program.
