This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server based solution. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. This course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource, and costs.

Case Studies were the Best Feature
I found it a thorough review of all the basics in P6. The Case Studies were the best feature as it allowed the user to actually use the skills taught in the class. Thanks to Sue for her time. She was a great instructor, and I appreciated her time and efforts last week.

Sue was an excellent instructor, very patient and thorough. She really went out of her way to ensure that everyone in the course was getting a good grasp on the material! 10/10 would recommend! Also, Sue's tip about using reflection projects during meetings to make changes to the schedule and review those changes prior to merging with the original schedule is going to be a life saver for me!
