Safran Risk Webinar Clip - Setting Risks on a Project
In this short video, we will discuss and demonstrate setting risks on a project in Safran Risk.

Risk mapping is a crucial component of risk management, allowing teams to visualize and discuss project risks effectively. This can be carried out during risk workshops. From the discussions and information collected, the risks are assigned to specific project activities. The Safran Risk tool facilitates this by providing a user-friendly interface where activities and associated risks are displayed together in the risk mapping tab. Users can filter activities based on various criteria and assign risks at both individual and summary levels. Safran Risk also allows for overriding risk impacts for specific activities, enabling tailored risk management. Multiple risks can be assigned to an activity, with options for calculating impacts in series or parallel. Risk mapping enhances the understanding and mitigation of risks, contributing to more effective project management.

Safran Risk allows you to conduct integrated schedule and cost risk analysis, which is recognized by PMI and AACE as best practice. You can also use Safran Risk for standalone cost or schedule analysis, with a full range of risk analysis features for both. Designed by the risk specialists that developed Pertmaster and Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran has a modern and workflow based user interface, which helps new risk users become productive much faster. Safran Risk is built within Safran Project, so users can take advantage of the power of Safran Project to manage schedules while conducting the risk analysis.
