In this short video, we will discuss tornado plots in Safran Risk.
The drivers tab in Safran Risk provides identification of the risks and activities responsible for delaying project completion or causing cost overruns in the risk model. The Sensitivity analysis takes this a step further by providing detailed information on precisely how much of an effect these risks have in terms of days and/or cost units. The tornado view presents results visually, and various options in the impacts pane and sensitivity analysis settings allow for customization of the analysis process and display.
