P6-Loader 7.0.0.0 Released

IMPORTANT UPDATE - Emerald P6-Loader 7.0.0.0 has been released, this is a patch release and has to following features and fixes.

[P6L-I76] Offline licensing model now available; With this model, it is not necessary for the P6-Loader to connect to the internet to validate every transaction;
[P6L-I84] The spread period type can be customized during an extraction, as well as the start and finish dates for the spread period. Affects only spread and not financial periods;
[P6L-I83] No longer sorts the extraction using the P6 API because it may cause errors in some specific conditions. Instead, sorts it manually.
