In case of any conflicting information between this privacy policy, and the privacy policy section in Emerald Associates’ EULA agreement, this privacy policy will hold precedent specifically in regards to Emerald BI-GanttView and its users.

Emerald Associates Inc. does not collect any sensitive, personal information from Emerald BI-GanttView users. The information you provide is protected and can’t be found by an outside party.
