Customizing Columns for Extractions from Primavera P6 Using the P6-Loader

P6-Loader allows you to control the Primavera P6 data that you bring into your Excel sheets. Each sheet extracts all of the components you may want to work with in that topic. For example, in the Activity module, any setting - including planning and updating numbers, as well as Activity Code and UDF assignments - may be extracted for your activities. However, you may not want to work with all that data. P6-Loader allows you to pick and choose what data you are bringing out for your activities. Perhaps, you do not want to work with UDF values, so you choose not to extract that data for your activities, or maybe you only have a few Activity Codes that you want to edit or assign - you can choose to only extract those specific code assignments.
