Primavera Unifier gives users the ability to roll-up line item details from multiple records into one.

As discussed in Unifier Security Part 1: Field Security, the field security of a business process can be configured in Unifier. The line items of a business process can also be configured for increased security and confidentiality. When an action is taken during a business process, such as Send for Approval, the workflow proceeds to the next step. As a result, the user that was selected in the workflow action will receive a notification in their tasks folder in Unifier. An email will also be sent to the user’s external email account, as specified in their user profile.
